I enjoyed my stay here overall. The check-in process was quick, and I loved the complimentary cookies at the front desk. My room was clean, spacious, and included a microwave and fridge, which were super handy. Felt quiet all night. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallways or other guests, allowing for good sleep. The breakfast spread was great, with fresh options available. However, the bathroom ventilation left a lot to be desired. After a shower, the humidity lingered in the room. Additionally, some areas near the elevators had an odd odor, like machine oil. I felt like more attention to these maintenance issues would really enhance the experience.

the hampton inn has a great outdoor pool to enjoy the sunshine. the room was nice and clean, and the location is perfect, just minutes from the pavilion at toyota music factory. the staff was helpful when sorting out my reservation, which started off a bit rocky.
